KI EN INSTEAD OF STIMULANTS
The set of exercises provides energy and activates health processes.

Try to solve your problem with KI EN – a system of movements that invigorates the body and which is mastered under the guidance of an instructor.
The series of energy exercises is suitable for anyone – healthy or sick, young or old.
It is useful for any illness – from acute to chronic, even in cases of malignant formations.
KI EN stands for Kinetic Energy, and the set of exercises is aimed at its activation in organism. The exercises improve the general condition and the process of self-healing is stimulated.
The energy reaches each cell of the body, revives it and charges it with vitality. The tiredness disappears, the blood circulation to the brain is improved, and the memory is intensified.
The movements are divided into groups according to specific diseases.
- The first one – Ibis – is aimed at intensifying thought processes, improving memory, concentration and good condition.
- The second one contributes to the blood supply of the entire organ system, normalizes blood circulation, and controls the internal cranium pressure.
- The third and the fourth concern metabolism, improving digestion, normalizing cholesterol, accumulated fats, the heart, the thyroid gland, the endocrine system.
- The fifth and the sixth are aimed at serious chronic illnesses – chronic genetic anemia, cancer, AIDS.
- The seventh and the eighth have effect on the thyroid gland, depressions, fear neuroses and anything related to the nervous system.
Due to the exercises the vision is improved, the immune protection is enhanced.
K N has some key advantages – takes little time (10-15 minutes), can be done at home, no special eguipment and outfit is needed.
The conditions to be observed are very simple. What is important is the direction – one has to take a position facing east. He has to be barefooted in order to be as close to the ground as possible. It will be best if the exercises are done in the morning because the morning is related to sunrise and the sunrise is of vital importance for every living organism. When the illness is in an advanced stage it can also be repeated in the evening. However in general it is enough to do it once a day.
  The exercises must be done in silence – there should not be any noises or music because they change the feeling of the energy vibrations.
 
The room has to be well ventilated – oxygen helps. Ventilate the room once again after the exercises. There should not be any people present because while one does the exercises he frees from the burden and pressure and charges himself with pure energy which is healing and filling the body with strength. An important condition before performing KI EN is not to drink alcohol and not to eat any food. However, it is good to drink water – this facilitates the better control and the more dynamic flow of energies. In order to achieve better effect one has to feel his body awake and ready to assimilate energy. He has to feel deep in himself that what he is doing is necessary and useful, to be filled with desire and to have the impulse to perform this set. But by no means forcibly or following someone else’s example.
It is important to feel his own energy through the brain – then he will be able to control it.
